My Overall opinion is this company did not pay there employees at the correct rate agreed, and in a timely manner.

Flexibility in schedule. Pay was competitive.

Cons

They withheld money for health benefits, that I did not agree to. I signed up for full time benefits to take affect three months after my hire date (full time employee) they started deducting money right away, and I never received the benefits. Also, they repeatedly neglected to pay me for weeks worked. It took two months to recover pay. (it happened two times). I filed three reports with there "employee hot line/human resource department" they closed my case without resolving the issue of the money withheld for health and life insurance benefits. I filed a claim with the Department of Labor. I was not the only employee in my store to experience having to make numerous calls and reports about getting my paychecks. It happens regularly.

-Managers cannot truly manage if they are in the role of cashiers, stock persons or receivers. -CVS has a lot of audits that are zero tolerance. -You have to field a lot of scam artist with the extra buck program.... - If you take an expired coupon, you could possibly be fired. -There are no clear guidelines in what you can do to satisfy the customer... -The survey does not work in most locations... all the stores that were doing well in my district were cheating or coercing customers to give them a good rating.
