      good pay if you started years ago, promotions, transfers, vision plan

      Cons

      if you do not kiss the ass of your managers and district managers you are going home. They scheme on who they like and who they dont and will find a way to get rid of you, even if the people they like break company policy on an everyday basis!! also as of 2009 it is almost impossible to get more than 2% pay raise

      CVS does offer opoportunities for those motivated enough to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      It is an unforgiving corporation. Stupid mistakes can easily lead to termination. Pay is ok. Long hours are generally required, upwards of 50-55 usually
