Pros

The hours are available if you want them. Great benefits that start at 30+ hours a week.

Cons

Sometimes the customers are a bit rude, there is a lot rules behind coupons and you get a lot of angry customers that don't want to shop there anymore because they didn't read in the extra care agreement that their card must be presented with their coupons.

Pros

Store isn't very large, so all employees know each other Flexible hours is you are a good employee Can be quite a bit of fun if you're not an idiot If you are a hard worker, do your work throroughly, and are not calling out or needing to change your schedule every day, you will get increased hours and more flexibility with your schedule.

Cons

Some of the high school employees are lazy as hell, and they call out of work a lot. You get called in to cover them. Thankfully, the bad ones get fired, but their replacements usually aren't much better. The work can get repetitive. Newest employees are usually stuck on register. Lazy employees are always stuck on register. (I guess this is a pro if you aren't lazy :P) Customers are horrible and can make you frustrated. You need to be cold, calm, and collected when dealing with them. If you are lazy, incompetant, or call out of work alot, you will be very miserable and won't last long.

Pros

Great benefits. Great company and community, people are friendly and the company really does care about it's employees well being.

Cons

Very few opportunities for advancement on Caremark side, little experience with the CVS side. Departments are highly specialized, so there's little opportunity for even lateral movement outside individual departments.
