Pros

Tom Ryan is an excellent CEO; tremendous resources; personal alignment to company values. Company treats employees well; very big on charity / volunteer work and encourages employees to participate, even offers grants to employees who support children's charities if you qualify. Free flu shots, free fitness center, onsite oil changes; many opportunities for training and professional growth.

Cons

All of the pros are wonderful if I still have a job - there is major reorganization going on, jobs will be lost by year end in spite of winning a record-setting contract with another health insurance company. Communication across departments is a challenge at this giant company.

it is ok to work at. you meet some real nice people who do care. they somewhat work with your schedule.

Cons

the hours are horrible. the management is awful and inexperienced and do not care about their employee. the only time they do care is when district is critizing them to do better for doing such a crappy job.
