Pros

-Not very hard. -Good start for customer service. -Excellent first job for anyone who doesn't have any job experience. -Typically are understanding about your schedule and will work with you. -Depending on where you are you usually don't have a huge workload. -Small stores, more hours because of the lack of employees.

Cons

-Do not give out raises to front store employees unless you are full time and have worked there for some time. -If you start at a certain wage and the hiring wage is raised YOU WILL NOT GET A RAISE. -Many of the store managers are manipulative or rude. -There is a high turn-over on managers and you are unlikely to keep the same team for very long. -Almost all management positions are outside hires or transfers. -Upper management does not care about you so long as their stores are successful. -There are no incentives for hard work.
