Do not value employees . We are just a number, a workhorse.Micro management by upper managers makes it difficult to conduct the day to day operations in the pharmacy. There is only one pharmacist in the pharmacy at a time (no overlap allowed) & we are expected to fill prescriptions, counsel customers at the counter, the drive-thru & answer the phone within 20 seconds ..all the while making sure we don't make mistakes with very little technician help ...Also somehow we are supposed to find the time to to do inventory, cleaning & other housekeeping during the time when customers are lined up .Working condtions in our store are terrible. We get no lunch break , the restroom is always filthy , no working microwave in the breakroom ..I can go on & on.

Serious cutbacks lately, especially in labor budgets. As a SM, I did not have even enough hours to cover my store to the min. coverage requirements of myself and one cashier. I usually opened the store being the only person in the store.
