Pros

CVS has great job opportunities not only in the front store but also in the pharmacy. Great career path or just a great job all by itself.

Cons

Some of the cons associated with CVS would be the employee personnel that are hired at CVS. Usually some of your fellow co workers are not always there and the scheduling of said employees is sometimes ridiculous. If your a hard worker and dont mind being all by yourself besides one person then this is the job for you.

very good pay, good 401 k plan,great health coverage, excellent system, good supervisors, a lot of micro management. undiscriminating environment.

Cons

long hours of operation, a lot corporate involvement in policy matters, staffing problems, very less salary for staffs which makes hiring difficult.

Get to learn alot of stuff and flexible hours. Once you are in, you are set. Mostly is a good place to start and pay while you go through college

Cons

Too much required. There are so many tasks for Technicians that it is very over whelming. They give very few hours to do all those tasks.
