management sucks bitchy customers only 2 people working at a time 15 cent raise a year

They have decided to reduce operating costs by cutting back on their largest expense, payroll. This puts a strain on all employees by requiring the ones that are left to work harder and accept more responsibility for the same pay. It also puts more stress on managers by making them work more hours to keep up with the larger workload caused by decreasing operating hours. After working for several years for CVS holding every position from cashier to store manager, I can say the company has made a drastic change to the negative. They used to be company that really took care of it's employees, now it is just a money hungry giant, that would rather give away merchandise than give its employees 3% raise.
