      Pros

      Its very demanding but the same time it is very rewarding in terms of learning experience. If you are a chartered accountant, then probably you could get good exposure here

      Cons

      Sometimes, you have to put in long hours. It really depends on which team you get placed into. Research Analysts usually deal with client support.

      Pros

      Once you are in company you gain access to lot of industry research which can help you grow professionally for one year If one is not worried about pay package and the amount of work that he does, then one can do lot of good work here and move off to companies with better pay packages Good companies for women

      Cons

      Attrition rates are high, so management focus is not employee development Bad pay masters, It has positioned itself in lower part of industry research value chain, there are capable people here and capability, but management is not interested in increasing value of contribution to clients No work life balance
