      Good quality work, learning opportunities, highly skilled peers and superiors

      Cons

      Pay is too small when compared to the work that is squeezed out of you. long working hours ( u'l end up putting so much) and working on weekends to meet deadlines. You have to be really good at time management and stress management!

      Pros

      The company is appropriate for the people who are fresh out of college, starting out in equity research and who dont know much about the field. It is filled with loads of experienced people with a helping nature. The organisation structure is pretty flat and the company follows an open culture with stress on meritocracy.

      Cons

      Being a KPO, it will be void of the exposure you get at the front-end equity research. Additionally, after you've spent some time in the organisation, you're expected to do additonal work apart from your assigned sector/role which is quite annoying. This additional work culture is prevalent right uptil the upper management and is difficult to rid oneself off.
