      Very good exposure and responsibilities given to you early, if you show the capability to handle them The culture is very open and relaxing.

      Cons

      CRISIL brand is very strong which many a times used to hide its short comings from the world outside. There are many verticals within the company which not many people know about when they enter the company and than regret that this is not what they wanted to do.
