      Bank loan ratings - good opportunities to learn unbiased senior management apolitical atmosphere

      Cons

      no work/life balance below-quality rating reports acceptable but below-target nos not acceptable. its all about numbers now rewards and recognitions are for those who are 'visible' - hard work is not appreciated much if your are not VISIBLE compensation is low
