      Company perks like Saturday Sunday off ,office good ,30 leaves & some other minor perks

      Cons

      There are many team leaders who r there for 10 years & u need to say yes sir always to be in their good books or else...... Favortisim is there in major parts of the team. I worked for coailition department of crisil. Company perks are good but higher management are those u don't get job outside so r sitting here for 6-8 years.work life balance is also not there

      Hybrid work culture, flexible working hours

      Cons

      They themselves market them as a Great place to work. lower pay than the industry, and they even try to low-ball you while hiring. The growth will be a nightmare, so much internal politics, you'll question your existence after working here for some period. WLB is worse as well. They'll never promote you if you're joining off-campus.
