      Pros

      Crisil has a very good work culture. Plus its a very employee friendly company. The scope for learning is immense. Its a great place to start your career with but you will have to be very patient if you decide to make a career wholly and solely in Crisil.

      Cons

      salary is the biggest downside. Some businesses are good to work in but in some businesses there is not much scope for learning and can get monotonous very easliy
