The company is in a growth momentum, so it's a good timing to be in it if you are looking for new opportunities.

Cons

The labor environment is very conservative, I guess as a part of the idiosyncrasy of the industry as a whole (the closer competence companies are alike), but still is shocking for those who come from other industries.

too much meeting, almost everyday, cannot make a decision alone, also hard to travel, hotel allowance is not enough to stay in a nice hotel
