workplace really awesome, good location, almost full remote work (only went to office 2 days in a month)

Cons

lot's of bureaucracy for everything, not easy to implement new technology, they don´t like to invest in it, they use scrum, but don´t commit to the rules, bad written user stories, multiple requests in the same story
