Pros

All the holidays off like MLK, Good Friday, Day after thanksgiving off. Good benefits. Good time off plans. Sick leave separated from PTO. Job was easy overall.

Cons

Very little training, coworkers can be overbearing and rude, HR does not take complaints seriously of toxic environment. Terrible communication between traders and teams at other facilities.
