      Opportunity to learn and grow as a professional. Plenty of additional projects to expand your skill sets. Many other helpful employees willing to help

      Cons

      Management always reluctant to release employees to new positions. Change seems to be a fear for many managers. Sub-par computer equipment.

      The company is growing, management in my department at least are friendly and helpful, compensation is fair and there is a good life and work balance. Cant complain.

      Cons

      Dont have much to complian about currently, As probably common in large companies, difficult to get things done due to politics.
