Great people to work with even when times got tough it took a team effort. lunch breaks Great place to meet new people from all walks of life You really get to understand how to persevere under pressure and deadlines

Cons

standing for long hours when unclear directions were given to staff made completing work more difficult at times having to lift tons of weight

-Free Meal -Day-in, Day-out work day. Do your own section of the job(flight) and you probably won't be bothered by anyone

-Short on Staff -Confusing instruction ( From management ) -Unpaid OT -Favoritism ( Advancement opportunity ) -Terrible schedule planning

-Nice colleagues and staff meal -HR did a lot of effort to improve morale

Cons

-Disorganization -Little to no interaction between administrative staff and production workers -As a salaried employee, overtime hours were not paid. Most days required to work well above 8 hours.
