      Prioritizes business above all... a short-term option for good engineers

      Pros

      - Potential to work on some greenfield projects if you're lucky enough - Decent recruiting team that consistently tries to hire ex-FAANG / top tier talent who try to bring better standards to the tech org

      Cons

      - Unrealistic timelines value bottom line over engineering quality - Bad equity, terrible 3 year cliff'ed 401k match, outdated yearly vesting schedule, poor refreshers even for high performers - Attrition after 5 day RTO - Disconnect between senior leadership and the engineer org leads to top-down orders - Investment in flashy new product areas with little regard for the system that keeps the lights on

      Pros

      If you are on a team that is easy, there is not much real work. Unlimited PTO is nice.

      Cons

      Career growth is impossible - you are dangled along with false promises of growth or a promotion. Acts like FAANG but pays nowhere near FAANG. 5 day RTO starting April 1. Why work here when Amazon wants 5 day RTO, pays better and crushes your soul the same? Chronically understaffed, putting more work on employees. Leadership indifferent to the plight of people working in the trenches. High attrition, even at senior leadership levels.
