      People are smart, they work hard.

      Cons

      Leadership is disconnected from employees. Constant churn, no planning or stability. Cannot trust anything management says as it changes every week.

      The developers are good people. The pay feels fair for the amount of work expected.

      Cons

      -Management has no idea where they're going. -Few people manage to break from SE2 to SE3. Many people get stuck at SE2 for many years with no hope of advancement, even if they have impactful accomplishments.
