Really disorganized management. Airport teams cannot hold onto leadership because there is no guidance or care put into them. Lots of scrambling and firefighting, rather than focused work and initiatives. Upper leadership is too disconnected from teams on the ground and it's incredibly obvious when they come to do visits. Personal friendships between colleagues usurp valid feedback and concerns from staff. Extremely sales focused, to the point where leadership jobs on site would get overhauled to focus on sales rather than on making sure the team (particularly those who don't sell) is happy and taken care of. Plus, the pay scale for leadership is really poor - most entry-level full time employees would make more than salaried managers just by picking up a couple extra shifts. The company has potential to be great - there are a lot of fantastic people who work there and the broader vision is shared; however, one should not taut the importance of hospitality when every decision made at all levels is sales-driven at the end of the day.

In the amount of time that I have worked here, it seems like no one in ANY department is on the same page. They do not take harassment (all kinds) serious, it’s brushed over. Many general managers are greedy, HR does not help or work with you on any topics. If you go to HR or management about any issues, they will “take care” of the issue in your face but laugh at you behind your back.
