      Nice co-workers are the only pro.

      Cons

      Be ready to deal with terrible and entitled members. Not much opportunity to grow, there seems to be a lot of workplace politics. Feels like corporate does not care about their minimum wage workers. Corporate higher-ups can come off as unprofessional. In my opinion, CLEAR didn't have the best response to the pandemic (worried more about appearances rather than their workers). Unorganized in their training, new projects, and daily operations.
