      Decent company overall, overtime if you want it

      You could be assaulted at work, could have firearms pointed at you (Shelby MT). poor management that will not step up and correct employees who cause and create a overly hostile work environment. They promise train bonuses but you will never see it. A train is poorly planned and you could leave work at 5 and get a text about a train showing up at 2 am that you have to be there for. The work conditions are crap and you will kill your lungs for under $15hr with no chance of promotion or pay raise .there is no work life balance it will cost your your marriage I have seen it
