The Accounting department is so behind the times. Their programs are old as can be and are not streamlined. Re-work must be done from one program to another. There is no work life balance, if you take time off, you need to work 70-80 hours upon returning for the next few weeks to barely attempt to get caught up. When voicing about needs and assistance, the feedback from my management was awful, mean, and degrading. My manager couldn't even perform the tasks she asked her team to work on.

The company as a whole was a great company to work for. They had promising opportunities. They knew where they wanted to get to. However, I beileve they've lost their integrity as a company. They used to be a company where people would retire after working there for 30, 40, and even 50 years! They used to be a company where you could talk with management without retaliation. I lost my position right before the major holidays, before this would never happen. When talking with HR about issues in the past, I felt like I was to blame for wanting my career to grow. Where HR would talk to me like a person and not just another employee number. It honestly saddens me that such a great company with so many great opportunities, is being trashed by poor management, disrespect towards their employees, and issues just falling on deaf ears.
