Business Outlook
Pros
Somewhat flexible with time off, senior management is nice and understanding. We run top of the line equipment.benefits are not bad with 401k matching and annual raises although those are often very small.
Cons
Not much room for advancement, hire management from outside, some supervisor are more worried about looking good than the job itself. It can get pretty toxic with the favoritism that’s played with some and stirred by supervisor. He is slowly growing but at this rate he’ll be working with a whole new crew before he finally comes to maturity.
