      Pros

      Good Benefits, Reasonable compensation.

      Cons

      Lack of training that carries any cost, promotion opportunities are scarce, variable compensation has little to do with personal performance, lack of synergy and direction between senior leaders.

      Pros

      Stable and Steady very good place to work but gets old. I dont feel challenged and Im not sure what I need to do to get promoted.

      Cons

      Hard to move up. Hard to get feedback from leadership because they want to keep there good help so they are not very forthcoming on what you should do to move up or to give you the best chance.

      Pros

      Chs inc is a huge company and has many divisions, but I worked in the transportation department and they treat you well as long as you do not ask questions and just do what they say.

      Cons

      If you get someones bad list, they are quick to get rid of you, that is what happened to me, I worked there for 3 years and had no issues,and I was getting great complements from boss. But I went out of route a couple miles from my destination and took my half hour break early, required by DOT regulation. They fired me for it. There is alot of favoritism there.
