Pros

The benefit packages are good. Wages are competitive. That is about all the pros that I can comment on for this company. I do like my job.

Cons

Immediate supervisor/dispatcher is less than professional. Allows irrelevant personal experiences to convolute his supervisoral decisions. Plays favorites and does not follow seniority protocols. Equipment is, from A-F, a C to a C- at best. Work load subject to dispatchers disgression.

Great medical benefits, plenty of upward movement, quality products and service, growing.

Cons

Leadership lacks direction and openness. Communication isn't consistent. Lacks discipline and somewhat unprofessional.

The company had a good benefit package. I was a local representative and was like a leased employee.

Cons

A lot of corporate bull. Meetings all the time. Corporate changed its mind several times. There was a kind of good ole boy network. That could be good or bad, depending on if you were in the network.
