      Pros

      Little supervision, and very autonomous culture Decent pay for the work performed and excellent employeees PTO and health benefits and retirement plans are reasonable given the profession

      Very professional atmosphere and very big corporation Work can seem repetitive and at times very tedious Very little direct conversation with upper management of divisions

      Pros

      I came in with no background in agriculture, but everyone in the marketing and communications team was really helpful in helping me learn in such a short period of time. The projects I completed really allowed me to show off all I had learned in school, but also helped me expand positively in those skills. Great company, great team, great atmosphere.

      Cons

      I wish I would have had more time to work with other interns and other departments.
