Business Outlook
Pros
As a driver you work independently with no micro managing from dispatch or supervisors. In other words, do your job properly and professionally and you're pretty much left alone.
Cons
After being asked to assist in training new drivers and helping them become familiar with how to do the daily tasks of the job I was informed that I could not be an "Official" trainer until I had been with the company for more than a year. Also, being paid hourly while loading and unloading and then cpm while driving with no overtime is a bummer.
