Local manager that I worked for was the definition of incompetent. Spent most of his time on personal projects holiday time was promised then postponed.

Company has welcomed me as an outsider, many folks in my area try to help you become better, and company treats employees well.

Cons

There is an aging generation at the company, where sometimes it is hard to implement a change of thought (we have always done "x" this way). Company is pretty big, so it can be hard to move around to different roles.
