Pros

There is ample opportunity to move around in the company, it is more than just an agribusiness company.

Cons

The nepotism and cronyism is rampant. They seem to favor people who have come up in the cooperative system over people from the "outside". With all of the mergers in the cooperative world, they will struggle to remain relevant. Many of their current customers are extremely large and are just realizing that they don't need CHS to remain relevant in the marketplace.

Bad communication to long of drive for me I live 45 miles away dirty job most of the time. Saturday work

Great working environment. Easy to work with people between departments. This makes for hassle free solutions to most problems. What a pleasure.

Cons

Honestly, none. Every day was a pleasure to show up to work. Great pay and benefits. Great culture. I was sad to go.
