      I experienced Sexual Harassment almost weekly. I found it epidemic in the workplace at CHS. The "good old boys" network is still thriving there. HR did nothing about it when I filed complaints. They protect management at all costs. HR says that they "did interviews of the accused party" to investigate complaints, but then come back and say they don't have enough information to warrant action. Multiple incidents with many of the times having multiple witness yet not enough information? These guys all stick together and protect each other! Shortly after... management began to give bad scores on reviews (for extremely petty, or totally ambiguous judgments about "how you get along with others, or not seeming enthusiastic or engaged" ) , and even straight out LYING on your review!! Watch your back at this place. It seems management will turn on you and do anything to climb the ladder. I couldn't believe this type of thing still happens in large corporations .

      The culture is very flexible and collaborative. The employees & management are very easy to partner with. The company cares about their employees and is committed to helping people grow.

      Many locations are in rural america. The variety of employment opportunities is so diverse, sometimes its hard to know what a person should focus on.
