      Employees who have been with the company 15+ years are resistant to change. When you make a suggestion, they do not listen. The work/life balance is an absolute joke in which you are expected to work 50 hours a week due to the company running so lean. If you plan on working a 40 hour week, get ready for the backlash. If you plan on having a life outside of CHS, do not come here. In my opinion, the company has a bleak future with no vision on how a company should operate in 2018. My recommendation to anyone reading this is to look at another company since I will be.

      Horrible leadership and a 1990’s mentality. No new perspective. Without recovering commodity prices there’s no way they could have weathered the storm because it’s “this worked before so it’ll continue to work mind set”. If you have any industry experience, you’ll walk in, and be amazed (in a bad way) at how they operate. If you read this and still move forward don’t say you weren’t warned.
