      Pros

      Work life balance is pretty good along with the health benefits. The overall culture is really welcoming.

      Cons

      Many departments are short staffed, over worked and under paid. It is hard to move around the company. Depending on the department there are many politics the managers play and they do not know what the entry level positions are doing for them.

      Great co-workers, team oriented, no chance for promotion.

      Cons

      Salaries are held down with promise of bonus. Company is in a downturn in Agribusiness. No possibilities to make up salary deficit without bonuses. Bonus outlook is bleak at best.

      Pros

      CHS has a very friendly and competent workforce. The office is a very comfortable and warm place to work. There are a lot of people with a lot of longevity.

      Cons

      The leadership is in a constant state of re-organizing and needs some serious maturing. The IT and PMO groups need to integrate better and need a detailed methodology for providing services to the businesses.
