The company does not invest in it's employees - don't expect any engineer to have time to give you on-the-job training even (because the corporate budget doesn't give them the time). Management is making policy changes that is eroding the company culture. Benefits are horrible compared to both small and large firms in the industry. Hope your manager is good at getting work for your office - because if he isn't, you'll spend a lot of time twiddling your thumbs and using your Paid Time Off to cover time without a project (yes, the company makes you use your vacation time to "float" between jobs). Corporate is currently replacing employees with expat workers from Poland as they are cheaper.
