Pros

Nice campus good location with the light rail in the back yard.

Cons

There are too many Cliques in play. The last round of layoffs was all around who you were friends were. All of the information had leaked out before the layoffs. Whatever good employees were left they are leaving on a daily basis.

People and projects. Global opportunities. Average benefits. Average salaries. Good diversity. Client focused but lack employee focus. Open campus and open to work life.

Cons

Lack of honesty at the top level. Upper manage is a good old boys and girls club. Top levels are way overpaid. Poor decisions. CEO's quarterly reports are canned. Questions don't come from the employees. They CEO's script writers prepare them.

Pros

Benefits, coworker relationships are pretty good, safety equipment was top notch, safety program a plus, uniforms provided, break rooms were very nice

Cons

Promotions are rarely based on knowledge, performance, etc. if your not part of the clique, or family member good luck. Never seen so much nepotism in my decades of working
