Executive leadership. We are in a financial bind - for a number of reasons - yet the top tier of the organization keeps growing, and growing and growing - with people who offer little value, siphon already tight sales and project budgets, and impose processes and values that are not in keeping with CH2M's little yellow book. We could save some time and simply rename the firm "Jacobs #2". The behaviors exhibited by some of these newer folks in some cases are absolutely shameful. The corporate sales org in particular is an embarrassment in its treatment of staff and its utter lack of respect for others, in general. Absolutely shameful.

Financial struggles have forced the firm to make massive cuts in employee support, employee to supervisor ratio is so high many staff may never meet their supervisor. Huge project losses and crushing creditor debt are only adding to the herculean amount the firm owes to retirees and past employees Although the "talk" is to increase employee support, the reality is questionable
