Significant downsizing since 2014. Proprietary software used to manage projects and assess risk was clunky. Streamlining needed.

Pockets of greatness in big program delivery (water, transportation, nuclear remediation), Water DBO delivery, old school client service (environment, water, transportation, industrial facilities).

Cons

Struggling with cash flow and legacy EPC projects that are bleeding cash. Lost lots of entrepreneurial approaches that helped win work. Forced cultural change away from employee ownership and concept of "employees are most important asset".

Good benefits (health, vision, dental) and the 401 is very good.

Cons

very poor management team on project site, company make the same mistakes one time and another, the company try to fill office positions with field technicians, no hr on site and very poor business vision on PM (This is inside coors facilities)
