      Pros

      The only thing good about CH2M Toronto is salary and benefit is ok

      Cons

      Management is very weak. Keep professional and experienced people isolated, absolutely no ethical. Against company’s value no respect, on ethic no following little yellow book in Toronto branch. Mangers are not knowledgeable and just controls employees based on rumors and isolation . In case some employee claims his dignity or ethical he gets fired.

      Pros

      I work with an amazing, talented group of co-workers. Benefits are good and they offer 401K.

      Cons

      Communication is horrible. I'm always last to learn of mandatory training classes and am rushed to complete them. Emails are unprofessional and there is no room to grow. Overworked and underpaid.
