I have nothing positive to say.

Cons

Low pay, arrogant colleagues, poor management and business practices, no chance of career progression - I literally have no positive comments about working here except that it pushed me to explore another career I enjoy much more with a different employer that thankfully is excellent. I suffered panic attacks while working here which I never experienced before or since.

Awesome staff that are willing to teach you software, the engineering thought process, and so on.

Cons

Jacobs acquired CH2M recently, so the CH2M moniker will no longer be around, although both companies have great reputations and rightfully so.
