Business Outlook
Pros
Good work/life balance if you managed your work well. Great team. Very smart, dedicated people making a difference for each other, the company, and their clients. Work from home option was great. The work was interesting and challenging.
Cons
The pay was low for the hours that needed to be worked. Dwindling staff numbers created an increase in work for the people that remain. Morale was low due to low or non-existent raises, poor communication from the top-down, and an increase in need for job dedication, all while laying people off.
