Fairness of superiors, employment opportunities all over the country, Oracle training program, great camaraderie at satellite office location, flex scheduling.

Cons

You can feel removed from the corporate office when you are working at one of the other locations. Other than that, nothing.

Pros

CH has an excellent reputation with its clients. On the project level (where the rubber meets the road), they excel. Very collegial work environment. Employee ownership structure is lucrative.

Cons

Though the company is changing at the top (for the better - more gentlemen), it is very much a caste system. Staff that were "key employees" under the old ownership structure very much think the company is theirs. These types are very supercilious - engineers that think they know everything and that look down upon non-engineers as having little value. That's a prejudice that can be ill-afforded in a diversified, global enterprise. There is an unfortunate history of hires at the top that the rank & file did not respect.

This is a great place to work as an intern. There are different "business" groups that so you can jump around to see what you like. There is an official intern program that you can do, and learn a lot about the company. i

Cons

Consulting work can be slow during times of a recession, and being a part time of seasonal employee can be difficult
