      - Flexible working time. Sometimes you can work from home when the work you're doing doesn't need much face-to-face communication/discussion with your co-workers. - Very positive collaborative relationship among peers from all levels - Well-established performance evaluation system, fair chances for recognition and promotion - Firm wide Resource optimization. Project teams are set up with the best available technologists/engineers firm wide. You have chances to be involved in a wide range of projects with no geographical restrictions. - Your expertise will be appreciated and recognized as it deserves

      Excellent company to work for

      Pros

      This was an excellent place to work. They hired me originally on work experience and once complete, employed me full time. I quickly moved from CAD technician to CAD manager. There was a great atmosphere around the office and it was a very relaxed environment to work in.

      Cons

      The salary was low starting off. I felt I needed to leave in order to get the money I was looking for.
