      Pros

      There are some talented and intelligent people within the company that you can learn from.

      Cons

      There is obviously a major issue with leadership at the GE program. Turnover is out of control and even loyal employees that have been with the program for years are finding it difficult to justify staying. An honest Glassdoor comment outlining issues and commonly shared views sparks a mandatory program-wide meeting to claim the issues don't exist rather than dealing with them. Instead of throwing more bodies at issues (who let's face it - are just going to quit after a few months) why not invest in the program with some much needed tools such as software to help automate. The people in charge push ethical boundaries to the limit and sometimes cross them and it is widely known by the employees.

      Pros

      In my time here I have met some lovely, helpful people. Flexible hours with the ability to work from home if needed.

      Cons

      Odd, almost hostile attitude from current staff. No training at all. Very clique office. Any suggestions to implement change are immediately dismissed. Expected to source own workload when projects are quiet. Lack of direction or instruction from Supervisors/Managers at any level.

      CH2MHill management is stifled by their own machine-like process forgetting about the people doing the work.

      Pros

      Good pay as long as they have projects for us.

      Cons

      Upper management listens to lawyers and accountants first. I understand they have to make a profit but CH2 is not looking at long term growth by growing their people. They promise training but will not spend money or promote technical seminars. Medical benefits are average but with very high costs to the people. Their recent Voluntary Retirement Program provided a generous severance pay but people with more than 95% ratio of billable hours to total hours were not included. They didn't care about rewarding high contributing people. CH2MHill is not a people friendly company.
