      Cared about employees since it was employee-owned prior to being bought by Jacobs Good mentoring program

      Got into some really bad business deals Now corporate-owned so less focus on the bottom line than its employees

      Pros

      Experience of working for the company was good.

      Cons

      The company does not look out for its employees. High turnover rate for those that are not engineers. Only concern was to promote engineers only. Did not reward employees for their hard work. Higher ups did not know what was going on at the different projects. Only people that were promoted was the engineers and the men.

      TONS of awesome projects to work on and internal experts all over the place. Lots of resources and decent pay.

      Cons

      No honest communication regarding the direction of business group or company. Hard to work between offices at times because of poor communication.
