None really the current leadership has made it so it's only a pro if your at the high end of the company.

Cons

Medical, 401K, new sick leave program( requiring short term disability even if your sick), manipulated company stock program, 0 focus on employees.

Pros

Very flexible company with the ability to telework for some positions. Family-oriented and respectful management. Good training and continuing education. Open door policy and generally good natured co-workers. Plenty of opportunities for advancement if so desired.

Cons

The past few years for CH2M have been turbulent at best. There is constant change and always a fear of yet another Reduction in Force. New top level management in the past two years have made a disconcerting decision to outsource some key functions to Poland, which is disappointing for a US based company.

Flexibility is the only thing I like while working here. I really can't think of anything else. That is all I have to offer.

Cons

To much paperwork to get a simple job done. To many people involved in projects which makes them hard to get done. To much of go find internal work. No team environment.
