      On a downward slide

      Pros

      Reasonable work/life balance, interesting projects, many smart and innovative people.

      Cons

      Agree with those who've remarked on the company's downward spiral particularly in the past couple of years. I was among those let go in the recent layoffs, but don't harbor any ill will. I actually feel relieved, because while the first few years were great, I realized how much I grown to dislike what I was doing over the past year leading up to the recent changes. Besides those who took voluntary retirement or let go in the RIF, much top talent is leaving of their own accord and morale among those remaining is in decline. Consensus sentiment I've heard is that things will get worse before they get better.

      Pros

      Can't think of many. They somehow managed to get good ranking in ENR and not sure how they claim to be the most ethical company when they don't even provide their employees with charge numbers for mandatory annual trainings

      Cons

      horrible place to work. Lee McIntire ruined it very good.
