None. Promotion can be seen as a slow process but this entirely depends on you. If you work hard and preform, you will advance.

Pros

Great technology career path and project resources. Hard work pays off and allows you to climb the ladder if you're so inclined. Most employees are good people, eager to help.

Cons

Upper management made some strategic mistakes over last several years that have negatively impacted financial capability of firm. Recent layoff were directed at 55-65 year old demographic, resulting in big brain drain. New time charging policies seem unwarranted and reduce employee flexibility. No employee support from upper management, and there has been a deterioration in benefits.
