      Pros

      Huge company with lots of cool project opportunities and multi-disciplinary project teams. Many quality employees and office locations world-wide. Possible to work in other countries.

      Cons

      Huge company. Questionable business practices regarding their definition of salaried employees and paid time off guidelines. Communications issues. Information does not get down to the "little people" who are the ones actually doing the work. Management needs to properly communicate, manage, and support their staff. Very top-heavy in high-up management and overhead people, which makes bidding/winning jobs very expensive. Most qualified people and teams don't always (or even often) get the work they would be best suited for because it is hoarded.

      CH2M killed the family vibe of Tera Environmental

      Pros

      The company paid a fair wage.

      Cons

      Big company with only big company ideas. No real employee connection. CH2M bought out Tera and then changed absolutely everything that made Tera such a successful company. Tera is officially gone, it and all its good works have been wipe out.

      Pros

      Great, smart people. Focus on tenants of The Little Yellow Book. Integrity and authenticity at leadership level. Hard-working, committed staff with a "we are in it together" mentality. Advancement for those who desire, and support through growth. Committment to flexibility for workers. Many women in leadership, including CEO. Quality work. High talent.

      Cons

      Morale ebbs and flows (like most companies) and change, which is a constant in life, is often met with resistence. Intentions of company have been foggy for awhile, but recent changes have brought clarity, which is confusing for some. Can be a cultural misfit for some. Important to have employer vet recruits and vice versa. If the fit is a good one, you're golden!
